Resco nylon grooming loop
This is my 'go to' loop since I discovered them. I ordered 10, had to toss 2. But for overall security, I'd bet my fingers on this loop for security. Much better than other styles for securely holding an over active pup!

cheap
bought a few and they do not lock. Little bit of pressure put on by dog and the plastic pops a part.
